Growing Lacrosse in North Carolina

North Carolina Recreation Lacrosse Association (NCRLA) is a recreational lacrosse program for girls and boys (up to the U8 level) in North Carolina. It is made up of programs dating back as far as 2012. Recreational teams and leagues are critical to the growth of sports and the development of young and competent athletes.  We are committed to providing these opportunities.

FALL

PROGRAM

In the Fall, we host clinic style programming which is available for K - 12 graders. Players will be grouped by age and skill level. All skill levels including beginners, intermediate and advanced players are welcome to attend.

Play will include 60 minutes of skill work and 30 minutes of small sided play with instruction. Did we mention there will be a huge emphasis on FUN!?

SPRING

PROGRAM

Our Spring Program is open for players K - 8th grade. Program outlines are below and vary slightly by age group. Registration opens in November/December and the program kicks off in early March and ends around the first week of May. Players participate in practices and games against other recreational groups who participate in the NCGLL and or a school program who is open to scheduling games.

 

10U, 12U and 14U will play regionally. Will play against other orgs in your region that are part of the NC League. For example, Raleigh area players play other Raleigh area teams.

6U

Pre - K

We practice 1 day per week for 75 minutes minutes and play games on the weekend. Players will play regional teams only and will not have to travel. This age group is open to boys and girls.

5 - 6 Grade

We practice 2 days per week for 90 minutes and play games versus other organizations that are part of the North Carolina Girls Lacrosse League.

Cost $349

8U

K - 2 Grade
